What does it take to make public art? Köbberling & Kaltwasser are using recycled wheatboard from Millennium’s Olympic Village, land belonging to the City of Vancouver, soil and manpower in the form of Emily Carr students to build a giant sculpture next to the Seawall, Hinge Park and Habitat Island.
